Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mewboo & Mubby.
If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help with the next step.
To start a return request, please contact us through our Say Hi/contact page with your order number, the item you purchased, and the reason for the return.
Items must be unused, unworn, unopened when applicable, and in the same condition received. Items must also be in their original packaging when possible.
Because Mewboo & Mubby works with supplier-fulfilled products, return eligibility may vary by item and supplier. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items may include opened grooming products, treats, food items, sanitary products, personalized items, clearance items, and items damaged after delivery through normal use.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Refunds are issued after the return is approved and, when required, the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error, damaged item, or defective item.
Mewboo & Mubby reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return requirements above.
